Designed to compete with the rising number of Japanese and imported guitars in the '70s, Martin licensed reproduction of their higher value American made acoustics for production in Japan and later, inChina. Discontinued back in 2007, Sigma has been revived and is backand betterthan ever! The 000ME is a super versatile and incredibly affordable electro-acoustic suitable for players of all styles and standards. With a Solid Sitka Spruce top on Mahogany back and sides, the 000ME offers a rich and detailed tone, great projection and crystal clear note definition. The Mahogany neck features an Indian Rosewood fingerboard, perfect for strumming big chords or more delicate fingerstyle work, the Sigma 000ME is a really comfortable and precise guitar.
