Rickenbacker 325 C64 Miami Electric Guitar in JetGlo The 325 was the first of Rickenbacker's "Capri" series of hollow body guitars that the company produced during 1958, and was later the guitar of choice for John Lennon during the early years of The Beatles. As Lennon's model was from the very first batch, it had the distinguishing pre-production feature of a solid top (no sound hole!), and the modern-day 325 C64 Miami follows suit. Based on the original 1958 "Capri" Series Of Guitars The 325 C64 Miami features the traditional Rickenbacker 300 series all-Maple semi-hollow body with two "crescent moon" style cutaways, the traditional short-scale construction (21"!), Maple neck with Rosewood fretboard, a lacquered Black "Jetglo" finish, Accent Vibrato, and a trio of Vintage Single Coil "Toaster-Top" style pickups.
