The Ibanez AM53 Artcore features a classic hollowbody double-cutaway design to provide you with resonant tones, vintage-inspired good looks and effortless playability. It features a lightweight and bright-sounding sapele body with a warm mahogany neck to give you well-rounded tones. The dual Infinity R pickups allow you to achieve a wide range of sounds, from biting rock tones through to mellow cleans and more.

The AM53 gives you a comfortable playing experience with its cutaway design allowing easy access to all 22 frets. The medium frets, 12" radius and 24.7" scale-length is designed for easier string-bends and vibrato, along with a faster playing feel. The flat finish not only makes this guitar feel very tactile in the hands but also ensures that the tonewoods are not hampered by a thick, plastic coating.
