This is a typical example of a 1960s Century. It was made at the Gibson plant in Kalamazoo, Michigan, so its construction is in typical Gibson style. Still a maple body, but the neck is one-piece mahogany with a rounded un-capped heel. There are no old-stock Epiphone components in use (see the 1959 Epiphone Century), again typical Gibson/Epiphone P90 pickup, trapeze tailpiece, gold bell knobs and of course the Epiphone transfer on the headstock.
